The World Series starts in Kansas City tonight. And most baseball experts we found think it will end there as well. The majority (24 out of 40) think the Royals finish the job this year, but almost all of them think it goes six or seven games. We simplified our usual graphic this year not only because we’re cutting it too close to game time, but also because you just didn’t think 40 baseball caps in one image was as cool as we did.
But we didn’t do it to be cool. We didn’t do it to make a statement. We just liked it.
And we like baseball. To the picks!
Scoreboard Page: Royals in 5. I just don’t feel like this will be as close as the experts expect. Kansas City has been here before, and I think they will start strong and close the series out fast rather than depending on a last-inning comeback again.
